DLL ISSUE - MANUAL

  2. In the search bar on the home page, type 'MSVCP140_APP.dll' and click on the search button. Do the same for 'CONCRT140_APP.dll'.
  3. Click on the first search result. You'll be taken to a page where you can download the DLL file. Choose the version according to your system (64 bit or 32 bit).
  4. Once the download is finished, unzip the file.
  5. Next, press Windows + E to open Windows Explorer, then navigate to C:\Windows\System32.
  6. Copy and paste the DLL file you've downloaded into this folder. If it asks for administrator permission, give it.
  7. Restart your PC and check if the problem is solved.

If the issue persists, it might be due to some deep-rooted system corruption beyond the capabilities of standard troubleshooting methods. In this case, you may need to perform a clean install of your operating system. Please be aware that this is a last resort, as it will delete everything on your system drive and you will need to reinstall all your programs.
