Agenda:
1. Black Friday Sale
- Premium users will get a link to the extension for free.
- Users who were on a trial will receive a link with a substantial discount.
- We plan to send each version twice next week on 21/11/2023 and 24/11/2023.
2. Missing Premium License Keys
- Inform the team that some customers are not receiving their license keys.
- It could be due to customers providing the wrong email.
- Assure the customers that we are actively investigating this issue.
- Escalate the matter to Amit or George.
3. New Team Member
- Let's extend a warm welcome to Nick, our new team member.
4. TrustPilot Rating Update
- Recent change in our TrustPilot rating, which has gone from 4.5 to 4.4.
