1. CRITICAL: Malwarebytes
Multiple users have reported Malwarebytes flagging Fortect as a PUP (False Positive):
- Provide an update on the ongoing situation with Malwarebytes.
- Assure customers that Fortect is NOT a PUP, and this is a FALSE POSITIVE.
- Apologize for the inconveniences caused.
- Communicate that our DevTeam is actively working on resolving the issue.
- Utilize the "CRITICAL: MALWAREBYTES ISSUE (ONGOING) canned response," available here.
- Include the ticket number in the MALWAREBYTES: CRITICAL thread for monitoring purposes.
2. New Team Member – Nick
- Nick has joined our team two days ago.
- Ticket Handling: If you encounter any tickets assigned to Nick that need review, kindly leave them for now.
- Urgency: If a ticket is 2 hours old, please take over and respond to the customer immediately.
